Fourth Bullet - Text/Action for Goldenrod City!

[So, in the morning, Laguna went to the National Park. Why? Well... click the cut to see!

It's sundown, and Laguna's out and about in Goldenrod, before heading towards the garden party. But he's actually got a quick question - so quick, he's doing a text! Also feel free to bump into him.]

So, hey, listen. Can Pokemon pick up on English - you know, learn it themselves? It'd make it easier talking with them - I've got psychic-types, sure, but they don't always want to translate!

[ Aaaand... there's a young girl poking out from behind the bench, her attention attracted by the voice. ]

Uu-! Who were you talking to?

[There's a disgruntled sigh off camera.]

He and my Lucario have been picking it up as part of a bet.

There's plenty of evidence that Pokemon are capable of mimicking the phonemes involved in human speech - not all Pokemon, of course, as some simply don't have the anatomy required to do so, but many do and can, with extensive practice.

[omg what is that other reply there aaaa-] The gentleman that replied to you would know a lot more about the subject than I do, of course. It's not quite the same as speech, but if your Pokemon are interested in learning how to read, I've come up with some helpful methods and exercises that I'd be happy to share.
