I kind of do - I mean, though I am pretty worried about my others. For one, they're like my kids.
Charizard can't learn Surf, either - and I was plannin' a trip around Johto before I ended up here.

But if you're not in Johto, it means you're in Kanto somewhere. There's another four caves that I can find on the Kanto map. Maybe five if the southern islands have a cave system. What can you hear or see around you? Anything you can use to give us some idea where exactly you are? They're scattered all over the region.
