[Why, hello, network. Laguna was awoken early today... by a pile of Moombas falling on him. It was weird. But - hey, this is pretty cool! The music? Not so much.]
So, uh...
[The creatures are darting around on the screen, around Laguna - some of them scratching themselves, some of them licking Pokemon (spoilers: Ragnarok the Servine looks pretty annoyed, twitching his tail over and over, and letting out a deep hiss) and Laguna both - and some of them repeating Laguna's name, over and over. Laguna's got a pretty big smile.]
It's been ages since I've seen these guys - man, the last time I saw them, it was a pretty exciting time. I should tell you guys about it sometime! But - how'd they get here? Last thing I knew, I was settlin' down in Olivine...

[Wait. Laguna doesn't know where he is, either. Where is he? Well, it's up to you.]

Well, might as well see where I am. Hey - anybody around here?
[As Laguna stood, he had a few Moomba clunging to him. What's that with him as well...? Yes, he has re-gotten his gun, and he's got it secure on his person.]

Uncle Laguna...?

[That voice.

Laguna suddenly pauses, before he even turns to look. It sounds familiar, but... different? But... he does turn, to look, pretty darn quickly.]

[Ellone?! She looked older, sure. But that face, that... everything... Laguna suddenly rushes over, looking pretty nervous. He rubs his hand behind his head, looking away quite quickly, but back to her.]
Elle...? Is that you? I mean, uh, t'last time I saw you-- well, uh, well...
[He's lost his stream of words, he's just babbling as a few Moomba stay around him - as well as his Musharna floating over. She heard her nickname and came floating.]

I was a lot smaller, right? [She lets out a small laugh, though she doesn't mean any harm by it.]

It's been awhile, hasn't it...?

[...She was. She was so much smaller, so much more...

Laguna's hands are trembling, he's barely keeping his happy tears in... ah, screw it! Suddenly, Laguna goes for a hug!]
You're all grown up... you grew up safe.
[He shakes his head... he's crying a little. Ellone being in danger at home - that was his biggest worry, here. What if she'd gotten hurt right after he vanished...?]
T'last time I saw you... well, it was after I rescued you from Adel. You sure were smaller t-then...
[He's got a bit of a laugh, as well, in his voice.]

[It's okay, she's happy to see him again, too.]

There's so much I want to talk about... a lot has happened since then.

[But...]

I'm really happy to see you again, Uncle Laguna.

[Laguna pulls away, before looking around. Hmm... well - ]
Well, how about we find somewhere t'go and sit down? I know a nice place in Goldenrod... I-I mean, I'd love t'hear what's been going on at home.
[Home. Laguna still isn't sure if he's gonna go home again. I mean...]
I've been here in this place - it's called Johto - f'the past while. Man, it's been since December f'me.

[haha he doesn't know about Squall - as he says this, he's feeling for two balls on his belt... there they are. Out come Riley his Aerodactyl, and Chobi the Pidgeot. They both come out - the Pidgeot spreading her wings, and the Aerodactyl slightly cowering at the Moomba around them.]
There's two girls I've been looking after - one comes from a world where zombies are real and pretty big threats, and the other doesn't know if she's ever goin' to see her real family again.

It sounds like you've made a lot of friends while you've been here. [She smiles.] I'm glad to hear that.
