ragnarok_strike[Man, travelling though the storms, snow and thunder might not have been the best idea - this video opens with Laguna in the Pokemon Center, his jacket off, his Pokemon around him - mostly his Larvesta now snuggled nearby.
Well, to be fair, his Servine isn't around him. There's actually a purpose to this video, but not at first. At first, Laguna's got a HM and he's trying it out on all the Pokemon he can. He would have done it when he won the badge, but he was busy getting Whitney happy and then getting to that Flora girl. As the video turns on, he's got it to a Gallade, who's barely stating still! Primo the shiny Wooper is on his lap at the time, too, bundled in his scarf.]
Alright, let's get this Rock Smash onto you... there y'are, Nia!
[The Gallade gives a bit of a leap and cheer in the air, before standing aside.] Now, who's next...
[Laguna presses the button on yet another Pokeball, and out comes... a Venusaur, who stands tall, even though it clearly looks distressed.]
Hey, when did I get this one?
[Laguna gives a bit of a frown, and places a hand to it. The Venusaur lets out a low grumble, before he tries placing the HM to it. A slight ding, and it's learned, the Venusaur shaking a little, before laying down.]
Well - you were in my PC, right? Guess that means your trainer vanished. I've got another like you - she was a Ralts, but now she's a pretty nice Gardevoir.
[The Venusaur looks from Laguna to the ground again. Laguna's face seems to have grown... softer? As he talks.]
As long as they're gone - that makes us trainer and Pokemon, right? I'll take care of you. I promise.
[...And then he faces the camera he set up!]
Anyway, I made it to Ecruteak - it was pretty hard on my team, so I guess we'll be resting here for a while. Sure, Goldenrod was pretty nice - wonder if Flora's gotten here yet? Are you in town, or should I want f'you here?
[He's now stroking the plantbeast, as he's thinking.]
What sort of places are there around here, anyway? I mean, all of us are gonna be getting a rest for the rest of today -- hey! [That 'hey'? Oh, just Moomba the Arcanine starting to nuzzle as well. Laguna laughs, as the video times out. He's gonna go exploring Ecruteak tomorrow, that's f'sure.]

There isn't much to do in Ecruteak. I can recommend you a good coffee shop, but at this time of year you're better off just moving on.
